Through the entire summer season, April-September, I will show a sales exhibition in the famous Turtagrø Mountain Hotel at the foot of Sognefjell.   Be sure to take a look at some surprising and complex landscape images if you visit these parts of the country.

I will be a part of the finalist jury in the prestigeous Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition later this spring, and in May I will give a lecture at the SNAP photo conference in Vilnius, Lithuania.

If you happened to watch on TV the Nordic World Ski Championship in Oslo in February, you probably studied my background panorama of Oslo by night. It was a print with the considerable dimensions of 3,5 x 16 meters, made possible by a 2,7 GB stitched digital file.

Books:

Good news for fans of the Arctic: In these days, my book Svalbard, Arctic Land, has been reprinted and is available in an updated version with a lot of new image material.  It can be ordered both in Norwegian and English from bookstores and directly from the publisher, www.komforlag.no.

NN, the Norwegian Nature Photographers’ Association, has made a book in connection with the 2010 Year of Biodiversity.  The imagery is supplied by the menbers of NN,  and I have been the author of the text (www.tomogtom.no)
